In many instances these problems result from muscular tension, stress, sport injuries, bad posture (having carried that heavy school bag...) or spending long periods sitting at a desk or looking at a screen.


I love working with young people as their energy is free-flowing and tension is usually easily dispersed. My sessions are designed to make them feel safe, free to express their feelings and relaxed. Parent/guardian needs to be present at all times for children under 16.
